NSRTC Constitution Olympics - Question 19
Today is Day 19 of the North Salem Republican Town Committee’s Constitution Olympics game to celebrate our Nation’s founding documents. It’s not too late to start. (All entries receive a pocket U.S. Constitution). We ask the question everyday, How well do you know your Constitution? There will be prizes awarded from 1st to 4th place for those with the correct answers, commencing July 1st and ending July 31st. All winners will be announced on August 1st and the contest is open to all North Salem residents, North Salem employees, and people of all ages in the North Salem school district.
The 19th question of our Constitution Olympics game is:
Can money be drawn from the Treasury without authorization by law? What does the Constitution say about this?
