Ready for a snowy Super Bowl Sunday? A winter weather advisory is in effect for our area from 6AM Sunday morning through 9PM Sunday night, per the National Weather Service (NWS). 3” - 6” of snow is expected to accumulate throughout the day.

Hudson Valley Weather (HVW) predicts that the heaviest snow will fall between 9AM and 2PM, with rates of up to 1" per hour at the storm's peak. However, the service cautioned that there is "considerable uncertainty" regarding the intensity and strength of the system. Final forecasts may adjust the expected snow totals up or down as the storm's track solidifies late Saturday night.
