Winter weather is headed our way tonight. Here's what to watch out for.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for our area beginning at 6 PM tonight, through 4AM Saturday. Expect freezing rain briefly mixed with snow and sleet, along with a ‘light glaze’ of ice.

If you plan to be out and about continuing New Year’s festivities, use caution on the roads as slippery conditions are likely.
